Our TRX classes are designed around a total body suspension workout. The bands were originally designed as a versatile way of working out and made to be used with all fitness levels. We use the bands to constantly engage your core and help allow you to use your body weight to hit every muscle group.

A Bikram style of yoga designed to help you gain strength, promote good sleep and increase overall wellness. Each session includes time for mindfulness through meditation and lavender to help promote relaxation.

This isn't a do 100 sit-ups class. This ab class is driven to work your whole entire core. You will do many different types of workouts, all designed to challenge your core the entire time. At t he end of this class, you will need a 6 pack of water.

Target your bottom and mid-section as we prepare for beach weather with this HIIT style class. Tone up and strengthen those difficult areas while burning fat and building muscle.
