  A fun, fast paced 45 minute cardio kickboxing class that incorporates bag training with a warm up, cool down, bodyweight strength and core training. It’s a heart pumping, calorie burning total body workout.

Our TRX classes are designed around a total body suspension workout. The bands were originally designed as a versatile way of working out and made to be used with all fitness levels.
