Our TRX classes are designed around a total body suspension workout. The bands were originally designed as a versatile way of working out and made to be used with all fitness levels. We use these bands to constantly engage your core and help allow you to use your body weight to hit every muscle group. Sign-ups required for the 5:30am class.

Full body fitness kickboxing class for women. It combines strength training, cardio and most of all... FUN! Classes vary each time, using HIIT, Stations and more. Perfect for all abilities.

A Bikram style of yoga designed to help you gain strength, promote good sleep and increase overall wellness. Each session includes time for mindfulness through meditation and lavender to help promote relaxation.

Utilizing a BOSU ball in a variety of ways, we will hit all areas of your body with the added benefit of increasing stability and balance.

A full body toning and strengthening class using cardio and basic weight training exercises. Burn calories and build muscle tone while crushing your fitness goals in a fun and engaging way.

Have fun with us in our quest to become ninja warriors! We’ll push your limits through obstacles made to test your grit and perseverance! Classes will be held at Sky Zone on Tuesdays from 6-7pm
You’ll have a blast flying around in this trampoline-based class! Intense cardio is paired with full body toning to burn away those calories and strengthen those muscles. Classes will be held at Sky Zone Sundays from 10-10:45am and Fridays from 6-6:45pm.
