YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS. CLASSES ARE DONE IN SMALL GROUPS TO HELP KEEP THEM PERSONALIZED AND FUN, SO BE AWARE THAT THEY BOOK FAST. PLEASE TRY TO EITHER TELL THE FRONT DESK OR BOOK ON THE APP. AFTER BILLING, SESSIONS WILL EXPIRE IN SIX MONTHS.

TRX

Our TRX Class is fun, challenging, engaging and really helps educate & push you. Suspension training

 Our TRX classes are designed around a total body suspension workout. The bands were originally designed as a versatile way of working out and made to be used with all fitness levels. We use these bands to constantly engage your core and help allow you to use your body weight to hit every muscle group. Sign-ups required for the 5:30am class.

BeastMode Cardio Kickboxing

Full body fitness kickboxing class. It combines strength training, cardio and most of all... FUN! Perfect for all abilities.

Yoga

A Bikram style of yoga designed to help you gain strength, promote good sleep and increase overall wellness. Each session includes time for mindfulness through meditation and lavender to help promote relaxation.

ABS

Our ab class at Redefine Fitness, is way more then just crunches and sit-ups.

 This isn’t a do 100 sit-ups class. This ab class is driven to work your entire core. You will do many different types of workouts; all designed to challenge and engage you. At the end of this class, you will need a 6 pack of water.

Belly to Butt Bootcamp

 Target your bottom and mid-section as we prepare for beach weather with this HIIT style class. Tone up and strengthen those difficult areas while burning fat and building muscle.

Tone It Up

 A full body toning and strengthening class using cardio and basic weight training exercises. Burn calories and build muscle tone while crushing your fitness goals in a fun and engaging way.

Utilizing a BOSU ball in a variety of ways, we will hit all areas of your body with the added benefit of increasing stability and balance.

We'll work a bit of everything in this total body class.  Different stations will be set up to target various areas of your body for a fun and diverse workout!

Seniors Class

This class, specifically tailored towards senior citizens, balances functional mobility with strength training, to support healthy aging and increase function outside of the gym.
