A fun, fast paced 45 minute cardio kickboxing class that incorporates bag training with a warm up, cool down, bodyweight strength and core training. It’s a heart pumping, calorie burning total body workout.

Our TRX classes are designed around a total body suspension workout. The bands were originally designed as a versatile way of working out and made to be used with all fitness levels. Using the BOSU ball in a variety different of ways, we hit all areas of your body with added benefit of increasing stability and balance.
This isn’t a 100 sit-ups class. This ab class is driven to work your entire core. You will do many different types of workouts; all designed to challenge and engage you. At the end of this class, you’ll need a 6 pack of water. sweat.
