Our personal training programs are designed for clients who want expert guidance, personalized programming, and measurable results. You’ll work exclusively with highly educated, experienced trainers who understand biomechanics, injury prevention, and goal-specific program design. Every session is tailored to your needs and backed by progress tracking to ensure you’re always moving toward your goals.
Yes. Semi-private training provides the benefits of personal training in a small group setting of 2–4 clients. You’ll still receive a customized program and close trainer attention while training alongside others in a motivating, private studio environment.

Yes. We provide personalized training programs for individuals with special needs, including developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and physical disabilities. Our trainers are experienced in adapting exercises, providing modifications, and creating a safe, supportive environment.
Yes. We can bill directly to OPWDD for eligible individuals, making it easier for clients with special needs to access our services.

Our clean, distraction-free studios ensure your time is focused 100% on achieving your goals.
We specialize in working with busy professionals, adults over 40, and clients who want structured, accountable, and results-driven training. We also excel in post-rehabilitation training and programs tailored for those new to exercise or returning after a long break.
In a private studio, every detail is focused on your success. You’ll work one-on-one or in a small semi-private setting without the crowds, distractions, or waiting for equipment common in big-box gyms. This means safer, faster, and more enjoyable progress.
In 30 minutes, we’ll review your fitness goals, assess your movement patterns, and discuss your health history. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of the best program for you and how we’ll measure your results.
Most clients begin to feel stronger, move better, and see visible progress within the first 4–6 weeks — depending on consistency, nutrition, and commitment to the program.
Yes. Our post-rehabilitation programs bridge the gap between physical therapy and full fitness. We use safe, progressive training methods to restore strength, mobility, and confidence while minimizing the risk of re-injury.
Absolutely. Many of our clients are over 40 and focused on maintaining strength, mobility, and energy. We specialize in safe, science-backed training designed to improve longevity, joint health, and overall well-being.
Semi-private training involves 2–4 clients training at the same time, but each person has a customized program and individual attention from the trainer. Unlike group classes, the focus is on your specific goals, form, and progress — with all the benefits of a motivating, supportive environment.

Frontline Recognition Program FAQs
As part of our commitment to supporting those who serve our community, we extend an exclusive recognition rate to active military members, veterans, law enforcement officers, firefighters, hospital workers, nurses, doctors, and other frontline professionals. This is our way of honoring the dedication and sacrifice of these exceptional individuals.
The recognition rate can be applied to most of our premium training services, including personal training memberships, semi-private training, and nutrition coaching. Our goal is to make it easier for those who give so much to others to prioritize their own health and wellness.
The recognition rate does not apply to our Elite personal training program, but it is available for all other qualifying services.
Simply present valid identification or proof of frontline employment to our front desk team, and we will ensure your recognition rate is applied.
This program cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated, but it can be applied to all standard pricing on eligible services.
This is an ongoing benefit for eligible individuals and can be applied to every qualifying purchase at Redefine Fitness, as our ongoing appreciation for your service to the community.

Nutrition Services FAQs
We offer two premium options to help you take control of your nutrition:

Ongoing Nutrition Coaching – A personalized, results-focused program that includes a fully customized nutrition plan based on your goals, lifestyle, and dietary preferences. You’ll receive regular check-ins, ongoing adjustments, and direct access to your coach for accountability and support. This program is billed bi-weekly with no long-term commitment.

Nutrition Deep Dive Consultation – A one-time, 60–90 minute intensive session where we review your current eating habits, identify areas for improvement, and provide a complete action plan you can start implementing immediately. Includes a detailed assessment, tailored recommendations, and resources to support your goals. $199 flat rate.
Every plan begins with an in-depth assessment of your current nutrition habits, health history, goals, and daily lifestyle. From there, we create a strategy that is both realistic and sustainable, while still delivering measurable results.
Absolutely. We tailor every nutrition plan to respect your dietary restrictions, allergies, and personal food preferences—without sacrificing results or enjoyment.
Our ongoing nutrition coaching is billed bi-weekly with no long-term commitment required. The Nutrition Deep Dive Consultation is a one-time service.

Anthony Amen is the founder and owner of Redefine Fitness. After a serious injury left him bed-ridden for months in college, Anthony experienced firsthand how the right training, mindset, and recovery strategies can completely transform a person’s life. This experience fueled his passion to help others see that fitness is more than exercise — it’s a form of medicine, a path to confidence, and a way to achieve goals once thought impossible.
Anthony’s philosophy is rooted in providing a truly premium training experience — one built on expert coaching, individualized programming, and measurable results. He believes in empowering clients to become better than they were yesterday, combining science-based training with accountability, encouragement, and a clear plan forward.
Overcoming his own physical limitations taught Anthony the importance of empathy, precision, and individualized care in training.
