Skylar McHale
The voice behind Redefine. He has walked the hard version of this.
Skylar runs marketing for Redefine — and came to this work through his own health.
He didn’t arrive through an athletic career or a single turning point. Starting young, he faced health challenges no one could explain and spent more than a decade searching for answers through more doctors, tests, and lab work than he can count. Early on he stopped waiting to be fixed and started studying how to build himself instead — training, nutrition, biology, physiology. Knowledge became the first thing that gave him control.
He grew up alongside a sister with special needs, who taught him patience and what actually matters: helping people and watching them improve, whether the win is small or life-changing. He has a deep respect for healthcare, and has learned that even when support exists, not everyone finds it. His path here wasn’t a moment; it was a sequence of hard experiences that could have broken him and instead built his mission.
What he believes
Most programs train the workout instead of the person. Very few take the time to understand someone’s health history, their fears, and what actually keeps them consistent. Motivation fades — structure and support are what carry people through, and that’s the standard he wants Redefine’s story to reflect.
In Skylar’s words
“If you’re reading this and wondering whether you’re ready, I’ve been where you are. You don’t need to have it figured out before you start. The biggest changes never begin with certainty — they begin with a choice.”
Every change begins with a choice. Reach out and our team takes it from there.
