Redefine Fitness® · The Dispensary

Most of What You Need, We Don’t Sell.

Supplements. Bloodwork. Recovery. Clients ask us about these every week. Rather than shrug, or send you to whatever ranks first on Amazon, we built a written standard, held a short list of companies against it, and published both. This is that list, and the standard, so you can hold us to it.

5 standards every partner clears

The standard

Most “trusted partner” pages are coupon books. A company pays for placement, the logo goes up, and the recommendation means nothing. We wrote five rules first, then went looking. A company clears all five or it does not appear here.

1. You do better through us than going direct

If the price or the access through Redefine is not better than what you would get on your own, there is no reason for us to be in the middle. Every partner on this page has to beat the open market, not match it.

2. We only send you where we already go ourselves

Nothing appears here that our own staff and clients are not already using. We are not a distribution channel for products we have never touched.

3. Licensed work stays with licensed people

Redefine Fitness is a fitness company. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and we do not charge for work we are not licensed to perform. Where a partner involves clinical judgment, a licensed clinician owns that judgment, not us. We build the training around what they tell you.

4. Nothing that competes with your own doctor

We will not put ourselves between you and your physician. Partners here fill gaps that fall outside medical care, not inside it.

5. Every relationship is disclosed

Where we earn anything, we say so on this page, in plain language, next to the recommendation. See the bottom of this page.

The list stays short on purpose. A shelf that grows every quarter is a revenue channel wearing a recommendation’s clothes. If nothing clears the standard in a given year, nothing gets added.

Live now: the Redefine Dispensary

Category: Supplements · Partner: Fullscript

Fullscript is the dispensary platform used by clinics, registered dietitians, and functional medicine practices. It carries professional-grade lines that are not sold through Amazon or big-box retail, which matters more than most people realize: third-party testing of consumer supplement channels has repeatedly turned up products that do not match their label. Buying through a practitioner dispensary removes that variable.

Our storefront is open to anyone, client or not. You do not need an appointment and you do not need to be enrolled in anything.

What you pay

First order, with auto-refill on20% off retail
First order15% off retail
Every order after, with auto-refill on10% off retail
Every order after5% off retail

There is no membership fee and no minimum. Cancel auto-refill any time from your own account.

One thing to know before you click through: the store shows list price until you create your free account, then your discount applies. The account takes about a minute with Google or Apple. Shipping is free over $50.

What we stock, and what we refused to stock

The dispensary is organised into five collections. Every product in them was chosen against the published research, at the dose used in the trials rather than the dose the label markets, and where a third-party-certified version existed we chose it.

Roughly a dozen popular ingredients were reviewed and left out on purpose. BCAAs, because no human study has ever shown oral BCAAs raise muscle protein synthesis. HMB, because in the trials it stops working the moment you add exercise. Testosterone boosters, because a review of 27 of them across two decades found most fail to raise testosterone at all. Valerian, because across 14 trials and 1,602 people it beat placebo on none of thirteen measures while producing more side effects. Two popular botanicals were excluded on safety grounds alone.

We would rather sell you seven things with evidence behind them than forty that fill a page. If you want to see the reasoning on any specific product, ask us and we will show you the trial.

How we use it, and where the line is

Nutrition guidance at Redefine runs through Shelbi Thurau, MS, RD, CDN, a Registered Dietitian. Product guidance is hers. Your Fitness Specialist can point you to a general category on the storefront, the same way they would point you to a stretch or a piece of equipment, but individual recommendations come from the RD, and anything involving a medication, a condition, or a prescription belongs with your physician or pharmacist. Bring the list to them. We would rather you check than guess.

Supplements have never been part of a Redefine program and never will be. Nothing in your training changes based on whether you buy anything here.

Under review: comprehensive bloodwork

Category: Biomarker testing · Candidate: Function Health · Status: not yet approved

The single most useful thing a training program can be built on is a real biomarker panel. Not a scale, not a body-fat number, an actual look at metabolic markers, lipids, inflammation, thyroid, and micronutrient status. It is also the honest answer to “am I actually getting healthier,” which the mirror is bad at answering.

We are evaluating Function Health against the standard above. Two things have to resolve before it appears here as a partner:

  • New York pricing. Function’s own materials note that testing in New York and New Jersey can cost more because of state regulation, and the figure is not published up front. We are not going to advertise a saving we have not confirmed applies to you.
  • A written agreement. A personal promo code passed around to clients is not a partnership. We want terms on paper before we put anyone’s name on this page.

When both clear, this section becomes a live recommendation with the real numbers on it. If they do not clear, this section says so and the category stays empty. That is what rule one is for.

A note on how testing works generally: comprehensive panels are ordered and reviewed by licensed physicians, and results are delivered to you. Redefine does not order labs, does not interpret results, and does not charge for interpretation. What we do is build training around what a clinician has already told you.

What is deliberately not here

We get approached regularly about hormone therapy, peptides, weight-loss telehealth, IV drips, and med spa services. None of it is on this page and none of it will be. Some of it sits outside what a fitness company should be steering anyone toward, and all of it involves clinical decisions that belong to a physician who is examining you, not to a referral link. If we ever offer anything in that category, it will be under our own roof, under a licensed medical director, and we will say so plainly rather than collect a fee for sending you elsewhere.

The thinking is handled. You execute the system.

Every session at Redefine is one-on-one with a Fitness Specialist, built around your history, your clearances, and what your clinicians have told you. The dispensary exists to close the gaps around that, nothing more.

Disclosure

Fullscript: Redefine Fitness operates a practitioner dispensary through Fullscript and earns a margin on products purchased through our storefront. That margin is the difference between wholesale and the discounted price you pay, and your price through us is lower than the retail price of the same product bought direct from the brand. We receive nothing if you buy the same supplements elsewhere, and we would rather you buy them somewhere trustworthy than not at all.

Function Health: no agreement is in place and Redefine Fitness currently earns nothing from Function Health. If that changes, this disclosure changes with it, before the recommendation goes live.

No company has paid Redefine Fitness for placement on this page. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products referenced are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this page is medical advice. Talk to your physician or pharmacist before starting any supplement, particularly if you take prescription medication.
