Body composition, metabolic rate and cardiovascular capacity measured at the start, plus your InBody and movement screening. Your program is written from those numbers.

A program of its own. Six private sessions with our Registered Dietitian, every other week across your first 12 weeks, so your nutrition starts the year alongside your training.

How do I buy it?

I’m already a member. What happens to my membership?
Your weekly billing stops when your Annual starts. Nothing is charged twice.
Can I use my sessions any week?
Yes. Sessions are issued when you buy and can be used any week of your 52 week term, scheduled with your Specialist.
What if I travel or miss weeks?
Your training sessions wait for you. Unused training sessions roll into your renewed year. Stretch, sauna, nutrition and reassessments are used within the year.
Does it renew?
It renews for 2028 at the same rate. We send written notice 30 days before, and you can cancel any time before the renewal date with no penalty.
Can I pause or transfer it?
No. Because sessions can be used any week of the year, the Annual is not paused, extended or transferred.
Is the DEXA, RMR and VO2 testing medical?
No. They are fitness assessments delivered by our partners, used to build and measure your program. They are not medical diagnosis or treatment.

The Annual is one payment of $13,780 (Core) or $19,240 (Signature) for 52 weeks, available through October 24, 2026, and renews for 2028 at the same rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. “Paying weekly” is our published weekly rate ($280 Core, $400 Signature) for 52 weeks. “Priced separately” uses our published rates from November 1, 2026: $170 per 45 minute private session, $95 per 30 minute stretch session, the 12 Week Nutrition Coaching program at $1,080, plus our testing partner’s published single test prices: DEXA $179, RMR $179, VO2 max $199. Items marked Included have no separate published price. Infrared sauna is at our Mount Sinai studio. DEXA, RMR and VO2 max are fitness assessments, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
